Ian Carrico

Ian Carrico is an attorney whose practice area is at the intersection of cybersecurity and national security, with particular focus on supply chain resilience and artificial intelligence. He is a former software engineer, who has worked on a variety of web properties including Vox.com, Eater, ICANN, and the Economist. He merges his two careers to provide a technical perspective to the legal issues that he faces.

Ian has spoken at O'Reilly Velocity, South by Southwest, and DrupalCon on creating higher performing websites. He has worked on some of the highest trafficked media sites, including NBC.com, The Economist, and Vox.com.

This blog includes present legal issues, technology that Ian has developed, and also includes musings on other topics on occasion.
